Project Architect

Department: Arch - Architecture
Location: Houston, TX

We are seeking a talented, technically focused Project Architect with 7-10 years of experience who can contribute to and thrive in a positive, mutually supportive project team.

- Responsibilities include all phases of design documentation through construction administration and project management working within a large team
- Manage multiple workstreams with outside consultants and parallel design teams
- Lead the development of architectural documents, elevations, sections and details ensuring the consistency of design intent
- Effectively demonstrate technical detailing and problem-solving skills on a complex project and very large project
- Foster and promote a collaborative professional working relationship within a large, multi-discipline team and with construction partners.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university required
- U.S. Architectural license required
- Must have demonstrated proficiency in REVIT and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). MS Team experience preferred
- Advance knowledge of US architectural building systems
- Must be able to manage and produce documents in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills, both orally and written
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
